The spa! lovely way to end the day. Very well organized, spatious and varied. Loved the view and the staff and easy handling of car and skiis.

Loved it!

The hotel was wonderful, the breakfast and the Spa were great and the hotel was recently renovated. While it is not in the centre of town, there is a bus station right outside the hotel and some good restaurant options. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff at the front desk are not too friendly, consider a small hotel. The bathroom, while clean, could use a rennovation.

Excellent experience and exceptional culture of skiing. People are gentle there and represents care

Excellent breakfast and restaurant services. The menu was fantastic and food delicious. Wines were very good and Somelier very competent with excellent knowledge and talent to rerve and talk about each wine in details. Waiters Somelier and Bar Personnel as well as Reception, laundry Personnel and Room Cleaners represents highest level of excellence. Entire personnel of the hotel is great. It wweas my first time in Italy and I amd really positively impressed. Thos people and their warm and positive mentailty makes everyone feeling happy. Thank you All :)

What was the highlight of Mont Chalet Nevada Hotel Livigno

A small but well kept property with friendly staff, nice spa and reasonable rates.

The hotel is newly remodeled and very clean. The frontdesk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Georgina. We were a large group and the hotel tried to ccomodate us in any way possible. The spa and outside pool were nice and clean too. I would recommend this accomodation with the caveat below (related to location)

The location requires using public transporation to/from ski runs and it is 20 min walk from the village lively center. Busses do not stick to the published time table most of the time. The routes were confusing at first. We ended up using a lot of taxis to save on time and aliviate frustration.

What was the highlight of Mont Chalet Nevada Hotel Livigno

Well located, with clean rooms and a good meal, it's an aged hotel with a nice spa and wellness

The hotel is well located, right next to the bus stop. The city center is easily accessible even on foot. We really enjoyed the hotel's spa and wellness facilities, especially the outdoor hot water Jacuzzi surrounded by snow-covered gardens. You can easily access the outside pool from inside by pressing a button. (By the way, the sauna is prohibited for children under 16 years old!) Breakfast is full of variety. You can choose from eggs, cereals, meat and salami, dairy products and a variety of croissants and pies. There may not have been enough vegetables, but there were plenty of fruits. The food in the main restaurant was a real revelation. The list of dishes on the menu is limited, but everything we ordered was remarkable, except for, let's say, all the soups, which required some tweaking from the chef. However, the presence of a variety of wines and spirits in the assortment made it possible to choose a suitable drink for the dish. Here we also discovered a new type of Grappa. We liked to stay on the small terrace in front of the hotel on a frosty day and warm ourselves by the open fire. The rooms are clean and smell good, although the hotel is quite aged. From the windows of the room, we could see wonderful views of a small but cozy town surrounded by mountain slopes. There is enough space for two adults and one child to feel quite comfortable in the winter time.

The hotel price is a little high for the service offered, and small errors spoiled the overall impression: - In the room, if there was a kettle and a set of tea and coffee bags, they were supposed to be filled daily. We had it only twice, when asked the cleaner. - An empty container of wipes could be noticed on the 3rd day. - The hotel provides a set for the sauna (robe and towels), but in case of exchange for clean ones, the hotel charges an extra fee, which was strange for us. - There are no children's channels on the TV. An option could be to watch Internet programs (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) in the playroom, but then your child will remain unsupervised. Despite the hospitality and warm cordiality on the part of the hotel workers, in particular the owner(s), the reception staff still seemed extremely unprofessional to us. I lower my rating for the hotel only because of their incompetence. - We had to leave the hotel early in the morning and in order not to wait with the child for the bus in the cold, the owner suggested leaving the door at the reception open, so that we could see the approaching bus from the window. But after communicating with the reception, we had doubts, and once again clarified if they could leave the door open for us. The owner personally assured us once again that he would take care of this, but in the morning the door was locked, and we had to get outside and wait the bus for about 20 minutes at -12 degrees. (once you get out, cannot enter inside without a key)

Location again was superb for us. The staff are all very friendly and the manager was a lovely guy who sorted out garage parking for all our cars. The sommelier was excellent and friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again

Absolutely beautiful plase to stay.

Good location, just few minutes walk from center. And 10 minutes from Mottolino lift. The SPA is perfect and very relaxing. Very very good breakfast. And helpful staff. Good Restaurant in the same building.

Wonderful ski & fun vacation.

vVry nice rooms, large bathroom, good breakfast, SPA was amazing, friendly staff. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Skibus stop right in front of the hotel.
